Tongxin Extends Term of Outstanding Warrants by an Additional Year, to Expire on April 30, 2013
(firmenpresse) - CHANGSHA, CHINA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/07/12 -- Tongxin International Ltd., (PINKSHEETS: TXIC), a China-based manufacturer of engineered vehicle body structures ("EVBS") and stamped parts for the commercial automotive industry, today announced that it has extended the expiration date of its outstanding warrants to April 30, 2013. The previous extension granted on March 9, 2011, had extended the expiration date to March 30, 2012. The remaining terms of the outstanding warrants remain the same.
