LBT Attracts Former Philips Lumileds Lighting CEO to its Board of Directors
Michael Holt's experience and knowledge a great addition to the existing industry expertise at LBT
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/07/12 -- Light-Based Technologies (LBT) today announced the appointment of Michael Holt, former Chief Executive Officer of Philips Lumileds Lighting, to its board of directors.

Mr. Holt was most recently the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Philips Lumileds Lighting from its inception in November of 1999 until January 2012. Under his leadership, Lumileds established itself as an industry leader in all aspects of LED design, performance and quality.

Mr. Holt has 28 years experience in the semiconductor industry across all key functional areas. He began his career in the Optoelectronics Division at Hewlett-Packard after graduating with a BSME from Notre Dame University.
