IMMOFINANZ AG launches ADR program in the USA

Starting on 4 May 2012 IMMOFINANZ AG will launch a sponsored Level 1
American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program. American Depositary Receipts are
US dollar denominated securities representing ordinary shares of IMMOFINANZ
AG listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, that allow US investors to
indirectly purchase shares of IMMOFINANZ AG in the US market. Deutsche Bank
Trust Company Americas will serve as the depositary bank for the IMMOFINANZ
AG ADR program.
'Our goal is to expand our investor base in the USA, which is undoubtedly
the largest capital market in the world, by adding incremental US investors
who cannot hold our shares directly or for whom the ADR is a more
cost-effective and convenient way to invest. With Deutsche Bank we have
found a reliable partner for this important step', commented Eduard
Zehetner, Chairman of the Executive Board of IMMOFINANZ AG, on the start of
the ADR program.
ADR programs are generally classified in three levels: IMMOFINANZ AG will
start a sponsored Level 1 ADR program, i.e. a program that is not listed on
a US stock exchange. The IMMOFINANZ AG Level 1 ADRs will be available from
Deutsche Bank beginning on 4 May 2012. They will be traded OTC and no
capital raise or issuance of new ordinary shares will be involved.
