(Thomson Reuters ONE) -

(Oslo, 4 May 2012) The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet)
has entered into a strategically important agreement with EVRY for the IT
operations of the Authority's data systems. The contract is for an initial
period of two years, with the option to extend for a further two years. The
agreement represents initial contract value in the order of NOK 12 million.

The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority chose to seek competitive external
bidding for the operations and management of its ICT activities in order to
achieve more stable and cost-effective operating services together with better
delivery quality for the Authority's seven regional offices. The contract was
awarded to EVRY on the basis of the best bid and because the company has a
strong local presence in the towns and cities where the Authority's regional
offices are located.

The agreement includes operating services for technical systems, databases, data
suites, servers, storage solutions, network services and clients. In the first
phase, the Authority will continue to operate its own service desk and hardware
in its own data suite, but the agreement includes an option for EVRY to take
over delivery of these activities from its own data centres at a later date.
EVRY will deliver IT services from the company's operating services environment
in Trondheim.

"The Labour Inspection Authority found it particularly important to choose a
supplier that could take over responsibility for operations and management of
its entire IT solution. With EVRY, we have found a supplier who will help us to
operate and develop the services and solutions on which we rely", says Tore
Kristiansen, Head of IT at the Labour Inspection Authority.

"Over recent years, EVRY has developed an operating environment with strong
expertise to deliver stable operations solutions for both public sector and

private sector businesses and organisations. We are very pleased that the Labour
Inspection Authority has endorsed the value of our focus in this area", comments
Morten Sæther, Senior Vice President at EVRY.
