Planegg-Martinsried, Germany, 4 May 2012 - 4SC AG (Frankfurt, Prime
Standard: VSC), a discovery and development company of targeted small
molecule drugs for autoimmune diseases and cancer, will announce financial
results of the 4SC Group for the first quarter of 2012 on 10 May 2012. On
this day the Management Board of 4SC AG will host a conference call at 3pm
CET (9am EST) to inform about the consolidated financial statements and
important developments in the reporting period.
