Haven Holiday Homes Reveal Study Proving That Visiting the Seaside is Good for You

Then you might be interested to hear that a study presented to the British Psychological Society last month is claiming that there are definite, measurable psychological benefits to visiting the seaside so choosing to own a holiday home by the sea would be good for you.
The study, compiled by the European Centre for Environment and Human Health, is comprised from the responses of 2,750 people from around England. Regardless of age, it seems that a visit to the seaside makes people feel consistently happier and more relaxed than an equivalent trip to urban parks or country/forest retreats. Always looking at ways to make life simpler for owners whilst on park they are given Privilege Plus Cards, which in addition to providing access to the aforementioned events and park facilities, can also be charged with up with credit. Not only does this mean that neither adults nor children (who can have their own cards) need carry cash around with them, but they are also given 15 per cent extra spending power each time they use the card to buy something on park.
Of course, when it comes to choosing a at a Haven park there are lots of options available. Each home comes equipped with as many mod-cons as a buyer would like depending on the make and model of home they choose.
The top models will have well-fitted 'ready-to-move-into' kitchens with washing machines, range-style cookers and large fridge-freezers, along with central heating and double-glazing to keep in the heat and keep out the draughts. Whilst comfortable wrap around furniture is often the norm, free-standing furniture arranged around a cosy fireplace is increasingly common in top of the range models, while even the most basic models have efficient showers and at least one loo. What's more, is also a lot easier than buying a property. Solicitors aren't necessary, you don't need a survey, and there's no stamp duty - which now runs at 3% on properties above GBP 250,000. It really is as easy as buying a car.
In addition to regular household expenses such as gas and electricity you'll need to budget for site fees which vary depending on which park and location you select - for instance expect to pay from around GBP 2,595 at Marton Mere Holiday Village near Blackpool to between GBP 3,355 and GBP 5,210 at Combe Haven Holiday Park near Hastings, East Sussex.
