Capital Group Holdings, Inc. Retains BDO Alliance Member, Semple, Marchal & Cooper, to Perform Audits

(PINKSHEETS: CGHC) announced today it has entered into a formal audit agreement with Semple, Marchal & Cooper, LLP, one of the preeminent regional Certified Public Accounting firms in the Southwest, to perform an audit of the Company's 2010 and 2011 financial statements.
Semple, Marchal & Cooper, LLP is an Alliance member of BDO, LLP, the seventh largest international accounting firm with nearly 600 member firms worldwide. As an Alliance member, Semple, Marchal & Cooper, LLP has access to the technical resources and the myriad of professional consulting services provided by BDO USA, LLP, and can draw upon these technical resources and consulting services in providing professional services to its clients.
