Scoot Taps SPi Global for Call Center Services

SPi Global will provide telecommunications customer services such as booking of Scoot's tickets, special seats and meals requests, and after-sales support with representatives speaking in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, in addition to handling email enquiries for Scoot.
