Shareholders and general public may listen to the annual shareholders' meeting on the Uni-Select website at . The shareholders meeting will be followed by the disclosure of the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
A discussion between management of the Company and financial analysts will be held by conference call after the financial results are released.
