Intellectual Capital Group Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 04/30/12 -- Intellectual Capital Group Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: ICL) ("ICG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted 1,155,000 stock options to purchase common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share. This amount comprises 375,000 stock options to its five directors, which are exercisable for 2 years, and 780,000 stock options to its Executive Officers, employees and a consultant, of which 540,000 stock options are exercisable for 2 years and 240,000 stock options are exercisable until October 31, 2013.
