CCA Revises 2012 First Quarter Earnings Release Date

The Company previously announced it would release first quarter financial results after the market close on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.
The date and time for CCA's live broadcast of its conference call has not changed and will begin at 10:00 a.m. central time (11:00 a.m. eastern time) on Thursday, May 3, 2012.
