The Board of Ruric has decided to postpone the Annual shareholder's meeting
until 11 June.
The reason to this is to find a financing solution that can be presented and
resolved upon on the Annual meeting. In the current discussions held between
representatives of the owners and the bond holders, there are proposed solutions
that will require resolutions regarding share issues
A new notice to convene the shareholder meeting will be sent at the latest on
14 May.
