("Aura Minerals" or the "Company") (TSX: ORA) announces that the Company will release its first quarter 2012 financial and operational results, after the close of business on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. A conference call and audio webcast will follow on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 9 a.m. (eastern time) for management to discuss the results. This discussion will be followed by a question-and-answer period with investors.
The conference call replay will be available from 2 p.m. eastern time on May 16, 2012, until 11:59 p.m. eastern time on May 30, 2012.
