KMAG Announces Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 04/30/12 -- KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KMAG) is proud to announce that Donald Page has agreed to join KMAG as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Page will be named an Officer of the company and also placed on the Board.
He has more than 25 years in the industry as a strategic and financial leader with strong experience in domestic and international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business assessments and operations management. Mr. Page has a close working relationship with KMAG's CEO Jeffrey Reid. He will be taking over all aspects related to KMAG's accounting and financial reporting.
It is extremely important that KMAG has brought on both, Scott Dixon, COO and now Donald Page, CFO. Their roles are greatly impacting our success.
We are extremely excited to share with everyone that KMAG has shipped this past weekend a large order of $318,000 to a customer that has a worldwide presence in the retail industry that will also be reflected in our Quarter 1 financials.
