New England's Top Dairy Provider Launches New Premium New England Creamery Flavors
(firmenpresse) - LYNNFIELD, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/30/12 -- With the official arrival of summer just around the corner, ®, the leading dairy brand in New England, today announced its new ice cream flavors to kick-off the warmer weather on a sweet note. The new flavors include introductions to the Hood Classic and New England Creamery Ice Cream lines as well as new Red Sox Novelties and Ice Cream Sandwich items. Hood's New England Creamery flavors continue the company's tradition of paying homage to its New England roots with locally-inspired premium flavors such as Down East Double Fudge Brownie and Mt. Washington Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup. The new ice cream flavors are available in stores now, with the exception of New England Creamery Limited Edition Whoopie Pie, which makes its debut in June.

- butter pecan flavored ice cream with roasted pecans
- chocolate ice cream with brownie pieces and fudge swirls
- chocolate ice cream with almond pieces and chocolate chips
- chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirl and mini peanut butter cups
(Limited Edition) - butterscotch flavored ice cream with cinnamon caramel swirl and white chips (available until June 2012)
Whoopie Pie (Limited Edition) - chocolate and crème flavored ice cream swirled with cake pieces (available starting June 2012)
- vanilla flavored ice cream dipped with chocolate flavored coating
- vanilla flavored ice cream with fudge core dipped with chocolate flavored coating
- chocolate ice cream with chocolate flavored wafers
- chocolate and vanilla flavored ice cream with chocolate flavored wafers
- vanilla flavored ice cream with chocolate cookie pieces between dark chocolate wafers
