(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 04/30/12 -- Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASCA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on June 15, 2012 to stockholders of record as of May 31, 2012.
