New number of shares in Handelsbanken
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number
of Class A shares has increased by 549 805 shares and the number of votes has
increased by 549 805. Following the increase, the total number of shares in
Handelsbanken is 627 255 304 of which 615 504 861 are Class A shares and
11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is
616 679 905. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 916 737 263,60 after the
increase.
The information is that which must be made public according to the Swedish
Financial Instruments Trading Act. The information has been provided for
publication at 8 a.m. on 30 April, 2012.
