(firmenpresse) - ISELIN, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 04/27/12 -- Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ: MSEX) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1850 per common share payable on June 1, 2012, for shareholders of record as of May 15, 2012. The Company has paid cash dividends in varying amounts continually since 1912 and has increased its dividend for 39 consecutive years.
