Applied Discovery(R) Names Kelli Clark Vice President of Solutions and Services
New Position Created to Further Expand Company Vision and Focus on Professional Services
(firmenpresse) - BELLEVUE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/27/12 -- Applied Discovery®, a worldwide leader in professional discovery services including multinational collection, early case assessment (ECA), processing, hosting, production, and managed review services for law firms, corporations, and government agencies, announced today it has named Kelli Clark as Vice President of Solutions and Services. In this newly created executive position, Clark will lead the company's solutions and client services teams.
Applied Discovery leverages its broad technology palette, process flow for data, and work flow for document review to deliver the industry's best-in-class and broadest set of services. Clark will oversee the design of solutions and services to clients in a value-added, consultative manner and will supervise delivery by the company's industry-leading project managers, business analysts, and solution managers.

Clark is an industry veteran who has overseen hundreds of large-scale e-discovery projects and managed client-services, consulting, and technical teams. Clark has spoken on e-discovery topics at CLE courses and seminars throughout the United States and Europe, and she has been called upon to provide expert testimony regarding e-discovery procedures and best practices. She is also a guest lecturer in the E-Discovery Management Program at the University of Washington.
Her eleven year career in e-discovery includes positions as an attorney at Cooper, White and Cooper LLP in San Francisco and in the e-discovery practice group at the Seattle office of Preston Gates and Ellis LLP, as well as eight years at e-discovery service providers, including a prior stint at Applied Discovery. A member of the Washington State Bar Association, Clark received her law degree from Cornell Law School. During law school, she served as a clerk for Chief Judge Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
