Dime Community Bancshares Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - BROOKLYN, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 04/26/12 -- Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCOM) (the "Company"), the parent company of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh ("Dime"), announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share, payable on May 14, 2012, to all stockholders of record as of May 7, 2012. This dividend is the 60th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by the Company.
The Company (NASDAQ: DCOM) had $4.02 billion in consolidated assets as of December 31, 2011, and is the parent company of Dime. Dime was founded in 1864, is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, and currently has twenty-six branches located throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Nassau County, New York.
