True Life Communities Enters Colorado Market
(firmenpresse) - SAN RAMON, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/25/12 -- True Life Communities has entered the market in Colorado with full force through the acquisition of Fairfield Village in Aurora. This partially built subdivision is composed of duplex homes and 48 finished lots available for construction. The site was chosen because of the wealth of recreational amenities in the Aurora submarket, close proximity to shopping, and easy access to the I-225 and E-470, and the Denver Tech Center.
"This acquisition heralds our full entry into the Colorado market," stated Scott Clark, Managing Partner and CEO of True Life Communities. "We have had Colorado in our sights for some time, waiting for the appropriate time in the market and the right opportunity. This is it. The first phase of the purchase was completed just two weeks ago, and two remaining phased take-downs will be completed later this year. The company plans to begin construction on an initial 8 homes, including a sales office and model home. Prices of the homes are anticipated to average in the mid $200,000s.
The company had purchased several lots in another partially completed subdivision in the Cherry Creek suburb of Denver last year, and they begin sales and construction on those infill lots this year. That smaller purchase provided the opportunity to test the waters.

True Life Communities is also looking into opportunities in the Arizona markets, and continues to acquire land and partially built subdivisions in the California markets, both Northern and Southern sections of the state. They currently have five neighborhoods actively selling; one located in Southern California and four in Northern California.
