-Management Will Not Conduct an Earnings Conference Call-
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. April 24, 2012 - AboveNet, Inc. (NYSE: ABVT), a leading
provider of high bandwidth connectivity solutions, will report first quarter
2012 financial results on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 before the market opens. As a
result of the definitive agreement dated March 18, 2012, by and among AboveNet,
Zayo Group, LLC and Voila Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Zayo Group,
LLC and the expiration of the "go-shop" period, the company will not be
conducting an earnings conference call for the first quarter 2012.
