Prosafe SE : Safe Caledonia awarded contract in the UK North Sea

Prosafe has signed a contract with BP Exploration Operating Company Limited
('BP') for the use of Safe Caledonia conducting accommodation support at the
Andrew Area Development Project in the UK sector of the North Sea. On site
operations are planned to commence end-2012, with a firm period through to end-
August 2013. In addition, Prosafe has granted BP a one-month option.
Total value of the firm period will be around USD 65.4 million.
Prosafe is the world's leading owner and operator of semi-submersible
accommodation/service rigs. Operating profit reached USD 192.3 million in 2011.
The company operates globally, employs 550 people and is headquartered in
Larnaca, Cyprus. Prosafe is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange with ticker code
