Veidekke to develop the Nöten block in Solna

Fabege AB has selected Veidekke Entreprenad for a 500 million SEK collaborative
contract for the renovation and modernisation of the Nöten block in Solna.
Veidekke was chosen because of its successful collaboration on the Bocken block
in Stockholm and its experience with similar construction projects.
The entire Nöten block is currently undergoing extensive renovation and
modernisation. The Swedish Tax Agency is an important tenant that has decided to
lease 29,000 square metres. The reconstruction that Faberge and Veidekke are
undertaking is based in the Swedish Tax Agency's high standards for the
environment, energy, technology and flexibility.
