Chairman of the Executive Board Helmut Ruwisch retires from office
Bergisch Gladbach, April 20, 2012 - Following ten years of service as
Chairman of the Executive Board of INDUS Holding AG, Mr. Helmut Ruwisch is
retiring from the Executive Board after the Annual Shareholders' Meeting
2012. His successor, recommended by Mr Ruwisch and nominated by the
Supervisory Board, will be his colleague from the Executive Board, Jürgen
Abromeit. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Ruwisch for his
many years of successful and commendable service to the company.
