Cytec Declares Quarterly Dividend

Woodland Park, New Jersey, April 19, 2012 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT)
announced today that the company's Board of Directors declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on the common stock of the company,
payable on May 25, 2012 to shareholders of record as of May 10, 2012.
