FX Alliance Inc. to Announce First Quarter 2012 Financial Results and Host Conference Call on May 3, 2012

NEW YORK, NY, April 18, 2012 - FX Alliance Inc. ("FXall") (NYSE: FX), the
leading independent global provider of electronic foreign exchange trading
solutions, announced today that it will report first quarter 2012 financial
results on Thursday May 3, 2012. Phil Weisberg, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer, and John Cooley, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call
at 9:00 a.m. to review the Company's results. Following the review, there will
be a question and answer session.
The conference call will be webcast live on the Internet and can be accessed
through the Investor Relations section of FXall's website at www.fxall.com.
