Nordic American Tankers Limited (NYSE: NAT), announced today that it has filed
its 2011 Annual Report on Form 20-F with the United States Securities and
Exchange Commission and the report is available for download on the SEC website
at www.sec.gov. The Annual Report on Form 20-F and the Company's 2011 Annual
Report to Shareholders, each of which includes the Company's complete 2011
audited financial statements, are available for download on the Company's
website at www.nat.bm. Any shareholder may receive a hard copy of the Company's
complete 2011 Annual Report to Shareholders, free of charge upon request.
The Annual General Meeting will take place in Bermuda May 21st, 2012.
