Custom engineered to process from 50 l/hr up to 10,000 l/hr throughput, Diversified Technologies' PEF Pasteurization System generates electrical pulses at up to 60 kV/cm field strength with power levels from 150 kW to 750 kW. Providing full control over , PEF systems use less energy than conventional pasteurization methods, claims the firm.
