Farmers Insurance Customer Care Vehicle Set Up in Wichita
(firmenpresse) - WICHITA, KS -- (Marketwire) -- 04/15/12 -- Farmers Insurance claims personnel, agents, District Managers and employees are helping customers throughout the tornado, wind and hail stricken areas of Kansas this morning, following a day of tornado activity throughout the Midwest yesterday.
"A Farmers Customer Care Claims Vehicle (CCV) has been set up in Wichita, hard hit by a tornado that struck late last night," said Paul Crosetti, Farmers Kansas State Executive Director.
"The location will be staffed all day to assist customers in Segwick County, Derby, Haysville, Andover and surrounding areas," Crosetti said.
"Our agents, District Managers and claims teams are deployed throughout the areas in the state affected by the tornadoes," Crosetti continued. "We want all of our customers to know that our goal is to give them immediate claims assistance."
In addition, Crosetti advises that all Farmers Insurance, Foremost Insurance, and 21st Century Insurance customers who have suffered damage from the storms should call their agent or the 24-hour
for immediate assistance.
