CapitalDPO, Inc. Announces Contract for $5,000,000 Direct Public Offering With MicrobeGuard Corporation
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/11/12 -- CapitalDPO, Inc. and MicrobeGuard Corporation () have announced plans to prepare a direct public offering of common stock of MicrobeGuard. Plans call for MicrobeGuard, with the assistance of CapitalDPO, to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for approval of a direct public offering of 2,500,000 shares of common stock to be priced at $2.00 per share for a total offering of $5,000,000.
It is anticipated that the offering will be filed with the SEC sometime during the third quarter of 2012 with approval envisioned sometime during the fourth quarter of 2012. Proceeds from the offering funds will be used for a vigorous sales & marketing program and operating capital for MicrobeGuard. Following SEC approval the offering is intended to be marketed directly by MicrobeGuard to the public on its website and through various FINRA broker dealers.
