Takedown Entertainment Reaches Milestone: Closes First MMA Fight Promoter Agreement

() (OTCBB: TKDN) is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Fight Rights Licensing Inc., has signed a License and Distribution Agreement with SportFight LLC ("SportFight"), an MMA fight promotion based in Portland, Oregon.
The agreement marks a major milestone for Takedown: it's the first final agreement signed with an MMA fight promotion. The agreement includes the worldwide distribution rights to the SportFight archives, featuring over 100 hours of MMA content from SportFight 1 through 30 plus three seasons of SportFight TV featuring Matt Lindland and Chael Sonnen, as well as three to five live MMA fight events per year.
Established by Olympic Silver Medal wrestler Matt Lindland and Ultimate Fighting Championship ("UFC") legend Randy Couture, SportFight produces world-class professional MMA events and has launched the careers of many well known athletes including Chael Sonnen and Chris Leben into the UFC, Strikeforce, M-1 Global and DREAM.
