The project was headed by Wayne Perry, inventor of Sinus Buster, the world's first pepper nasal spray. After selling the Sinus Buster brand in 2008, Perry moved on to create a variety of "firsts" in the natural health and beauty category, including a caffeinated energy nasal spray called Turbo Snort.
"It took several years of research and development to come up with the most effective sinus and headache nasal spray imaginable.
