Jennifer Chasson to Head Woodbridge Toronto Office
(firmenpresse) - NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 04/09/12 -- Woodbridge International, a middle-market M&A advisory firm, is pleased to welcome Jennifer Chasson as head of the firm's Toronto office. Ms. Chasson will oversee all client mandates in eastern Canada.
Ms. Chasson is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Business Valuator and has over 17 years of corporate finance experience. She began her career with Coopers & Lybrand where she earned her CA designation and then spent five years with Roynat Capital sourcing, structuring and underwriting debt and equity transactions, underpinning her knowledge of the debt and equity markets for mid-market companies. Jennifer has also served as Vice President for BDO's Corporate Finance group, and later opened her own advisory practice.
