ZENN Motor Company Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 04/02/12 -- ZENN Motor Company Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ZNN) "ZMC" or the "Company", wishes to announce that it has granted 15,000 options under the Company's option plan to Natasha Vandesluis, Chief Financial Officer. The options were granted as part of obligations under her existing employment agreement. Each option is exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $0.89. The options vest as to one-third on each of the first, second and third anniversary following the date of grant and will expire five years from the date of grant.
