(NYSE: WG) announces plans to hold a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2011 operating performance. The Company intends to provide an update on unaudited preliminary financial information on its operations, recent developments, outlook and 10-K filing status in a press release before the market opens on Monday, April 2, 2012. In conjunction with the release, Willbros has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet on Monday, April 2, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (11:00 a.m. Central).
