GRNE Signs 7 Year Lease for New Aveda(TM) Retail Center at City Creek Center in Downtown Salt Lake City
(firmenpresse) - SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwire) -- 03/30/12 -- (OTCQB: GRNE) (PINKSHEETS: GRNE), a majority owned subsidiary of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD), announced that its newly formed subsidiary Landis Experience Center, LLC (LEC) has fully executed a lease with The Taubman Company for a term of 7 years.
In addition, LEC's architects have submitted a full set of architectural plans to the City of Salt Lake for approval. The plans are in the process of being distributed to obtain construction bids.

Within in the week I expect that we will be placing orders for all of the furniture and fixtures for the new store through an equipment line of credit. LEC intends to operate an Avedaâ„¢ Experience Center, which is a retail shop that sells Aveda'sâ„¢ full line of hair and skincare products. Avedaâ„¢ Experience Centers in the past were owned and operated by Avedaâ„¢ directly. Within the last year Avedaâ„¢ has allowed a few select salon operators to open and operate Experience Centers.
