Salem Communications Schedules Annual Meeting
(firmenpresse) - CAMARILLO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/30/12 -- (NASDAQ: SALM), a leading U.S. radio broadcaster, Internet content provider, and magazine and book publisher targeting audiences interested in Christian and conservative opinion radio content, today announced that it has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Friday, June 22, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. (Pacific Time) to be held at the Company's headquarters in Camarillo, California.
The Company also announced the Record Date applicable for the voting of shares at the Annual Meeting to be April 24, 2012.
