Guaranteed Seven Percent Yield for Showhome Investors With David Wilson Homes' Lease Back Scheme

Specifically the have a variety of show homes available for buy-to-let investors at a number of their key developments in Scotland.
One of the key advantages of the Lease Back scheme is that it provides a guaranteed tenant for the duration of the lease, as well as up to 7% per annum rental yield (paid monthly) guaranteed for the entirety of the term and the potential for free fixtures, fittings and furnishings.
