Aptalis Pharma Announces Intention to Enter Into Senior Secured Term Loan Credit Facility
(firmenpresse) - BRIDGEWATER, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 03/29/12 -- today announced that it will seek to enter into a $200 million Senior Secured Incremental Term Loan B credit facility to fund prepayment of its existing $195 million senior unsecured notes. The facility will have a five year term and include customary terms and covenants.
