Dynamic Ventures Announces a Profitable 4th Quarter and a Record Year End of Revenues
Revenues Were $12.7 Million, Up 260% Over 2010

(OTCBB: DYNV), a leading developer of efficient building solutions for the residential and commercial building industries, today announced that it has achieved record sales and growth for the year and fourth quarter.
Paul Kalkbrenner, CEO of Dynamic, stated, "We are extremely pleased to have achieved such a high level of growth throughout the year, but more importantly we reached profitability in the fourth quarter. The fourth and first quarters are typically down quarters due to weather conditions inhibiting our ability to do construction. However, this year we have been able to generate significantly more business during such quarters than in previous years."

Continuing growth in the North Dakota surrounding areas
Completed our first Children's Learning Adventure installation in SIPs (structural insulated panels) located in Pearland, Texas.
Revenues for 2011 were $12,794,654 as compared to $3,542,733 in 2010. Net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 was $4,613 as compared to a loss of $138,463 for the corresponding quarter in 2010.
Mr. Kalkbrenner commented, "While the net loss for the year grew, this was due in part to the expansion of our business. The fourth quarter where we would expect a significant loss did not happen. We believe that going forward we'll see continued improvements to the bottom line and top line numbers."
He continued, "Since we started our projects in North Dakota, we have prepared the infrastructure and resources to be able to execute on the further opportunities that may present themselves in the surrounding communities."
