Expanded Role Involves Full Leadership of Operations for C2's Seven SoCal Locations

Previously the company's Vice President of Strategy and Marketing, Malkin aims to refine operational processes, inspire the staff to embrace growth and change, and drive continued company progress -- freeing C2 Co-Founder Gary Crisp to focus on broader strategic opportunities and long-term sustainable growth.
Malkin assumed his new role in January during a period of immense change, rapid growth and expansion at the company. He oversees teams in each of C2's seven Southern California locations, ensuring that every product and service meets C2's highest quality standards. Malkin will supervise C2's administration, finance, sales and marketing, customer service and all aspects of operations designed to execute delivery of the company's full breadth of products and services.

Prior to joining C2, Malkin was district operations managers at FedEx Kinko's, where he oversaw the operation of more than 23 locations. This experience enhanced his entrepreneurial and sales tenure within the construction and print industries. Throughout his 35 years in the industry, Malkin has developed a leadership style that is both solutions-based and action-oriented.
