(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/26/12 -- Evton Capital Partners today announced the performance results of the Evton Real Estate Fund LP. The Fund achieved a total annual net return of 32.7 per cent for the one-year period ending March 1, 2012.
Since its inception in March 2005, the Evton Real Estate Fund LP has achieved a seven-year annual compound net return of 15.5 per cent.
