(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 03/23/12 -- On March 20, 2012 the North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTCBB: NODB) Board of Directors declared a regular dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of April 5, 2012 and will be paid on April 10, 2012.
