PayChest Upgrades Annual Report Disclosure on Pinksheets

PayChest Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to report to the market that the Company's newly filed 2011 Annual Report is compliant with the OTC Markets Alternative Reporting Standard Guidelines and provides adequate current information as defined in the Guidelines.

Management anticipates a supporting Attorneys Opinion Letter will be filed by the middle of next week.
The filing of the 2011 Annual Report together with the Attorney Letter should allow the Company to be reported as "Pink" and eliminate the Yield sign that has been shown against the PYCT ticker symbol on OTCMarkets.com.
This marks a further improvement in the Company's reporting as intended and previously stated by Management, as the Company goes from Limited Information to the Alternative Reporting Standard. Management believes this is the first time in recent history that the Company's reporting has been compliant with the OTC Markets Alternative Reporting Standard.
This progression builds on the Bloomberg information update as announced on Feb 24, 2012 as part of a broader approach to appeal to more international investors and shareholders.
