Heather Cavanagh Joins Cornerstone Environmental Group
(firmenpresse) - MIDDLETOWN, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 03/20/12 -- Cornerstone Environmental Group, LLC announced that senior project manager Heather Cavanagh, PE, has joined Cornerstone in the newly established Jacksonville, Florida office, where she will lead a team to expand Cornerstone's services in the Southeast. Using her skills in solid waste, wastewater, and water treatment design, Ms. Cavanagh will work with Cornerstone's clients on economically beneficial solutions for solid waste planning, landfill gas utilization, and leachate treatment and disposal.
Ms. Cavanagh has 16 years of experience with project implementation and client relations, and brings a dedication to problem solving clients' most difficult engineering challenges. She comes to Cornerstone from Atkins North America (formerly PBS&J), where she was group manager for water infrastructure. There she designed and managed a range of solid waste and water environmental engineering projects.
Prior to that, Ms. Cavanagh was a project engineer at Black & Veatch, specializing in treatment plant designs, stormwater design, and water supply planning. She coordinated all design and construction for process, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical/ instrumentation project components.
Ms. Cavanagh received her Masters of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida.
