Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. Declares Second Quarter Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS -- (Marketwire) -- 03/16/12 -- Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: CWCO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share.
The dividend is payable April 30, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business April 1, 2012.
