Business Growth at Realogy Subsidiary, Title Resource Group, Drives Demand for 200 New Hires in New Jersey and Texas
Company to Host Online Webinars and Job Fairs During Week of March 19; TRG to Participate in RecruitMilitary Job Expo in Philadelphia on March 29

LAUREL, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 03/16/12 -- (TRG), a full-service title, settlement and vendor management services company, today announced plans to significantly expand its workforce to meet the rising demand for its services brought on by new business volume added in the first quarter of 2012. A subsidiary of , TRG intends to add approximately 200 new employees, with the majority of those hires to be based at its headquarters in Mt. Laurel, N.J., and the remainder at its office in Houston, Texas.
"We have continued to expand our lender channel business in the first quarter of 2012, and the increased business volume from new and existing clients is driving significant job growth for us," said Don Casey, president and CEO of Title Resource Group. "It feels good to be hiring in this economy. We expect to increase the overall size of our workforce by about 12%, to over 2,000 employees -- up from approximately 1,800 today."
TRG's title agency and underwriter business completed over 93,000 purchase transactions and 62,000 refinancing transactions in 2011. The company grew its revenue by 10% and increased its earnings by 16% last year. TRG has a national presence but does business under 70 distinct brand names in local markets throughout the United States, such as US Title (Mo.), Sunbelt Title (Fla.), Equity Title (Calif.), Texas American Title Company (Texas), Market Street Settlement Group (N.H./Maine), Mid-Atlantic Settlement (Md.) and Burnet Title (Minn./Ill./Wis.).
"We are already seeing a highly qualified applicant pool, and we are ramping up our talent recruiting efforts with a webinar for potential applicants to get to know more about TRG, followed by job fairs in Mt. Laurel and Houston during the week of March 19," said Deborah Higgins, TRG's senior vice president of human resources. "In addition, we are targeting former military service members and will participate in the RecruitMilitary Job Expo at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia at the end of March."
TRG is looking to fill a wide range of fast-paced and challenging positions, ranging from title examiners to closing communicators, and title and recording specialists. Various other regular full-time and temporary positions are available, with call center experience and/or mortgage processing experience preferred.
