The webcast is part of the Quality of Hire Virtual Conference to be presented by HR.com on March 22-23.
Dr. Buehler's session, Beyond Skills Assessment: Identifying Candidates Who Truly Fit, is scheduled for Friday, March 23 at 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM ET. She will talk about proven methods for identifying candidates who will perform well, fit in with teams and the company culture, and stay long enough to make a difference. Included will be examples of companies, including UMB and Royal Caribbean Cruises, which have improved quality of hire by measuring "intangibles" -- such as the desire to treat customers with care and a "we-over-me" attitude -- and the impact of these initiatives on business and customer experience.
