Description of the corporate actions accepted are as follows:
Name Change to "Go Green Global Technologies Corp."
1-10 reverse split
Pre Split:57,300,000
Post Split:5,730,000
Effective Date: 03/15/2012
The company will trade for the next 20 trading days under the symbol "SRWYD". For a reverse or forward split, a "D" will be placed on the ticker symbol for 20 business days. After 20 business days, the symbol will revert back to the original symbol. The company has applied for a new ticker symbol that better reflects its new name and expects changed symbol in due process.
